Yoga was developed around 5,000 years ago as a tool to give and unify life. The ancient practice brought balance to all parts of humanity; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. At MVEMENT, we support our members with yoga to increase their quality of life in the gym and at home. Our talented teachers guide each member to manifest strength, vitality, mental clarity and inner peace.
Yoga’s breath-led emphasis is deepened by the student-teacher relationship, in which the teacher helps the student develop their own practice that brings deeper understanding through personal healing and expansion. At MVEMENT, we allow the experience of yoga to remain personal for each practitioner by offering a variety of levels and approaches you can choose from. Yoga is traditionally practiced with bare feet. ***Please note that yoga should not be practiced on a full stomach.
