It is technical class that demonstrates defense, offense and movement training rooted in Muay Thai.
Kickboxing can be good for your heart, joints, strength, balance, and coordination. You’re moving through the entire workout, causing you to burn more calories while strengthening and toning your legs, arms, glutes, back, and core all at once. This equates to fat loss, not muscle loss!
