The LIFT Room is now open! Members receive complimentary weekly programming in three tract offerings: Strength & Conditioning, Strength, and Sculpt programs that cover each major/minor muscle group of the body. Whether your focus is Strength Training, you want to supplement your current fitness protocol with self-led workouts or Personal Training, or you are recovering from injury – this room is for YOU! The LIFT Room is fully equipped with over 20 pieces of versatile fitness equipment for full body workouts. In addition, we have three Assault Runners, a Climber and an Elliptical in the Main Room for your cardiovascular well-being.
