Pure MVEMENT is MVEMENT’s signature class! Pure MVEMENT is a mixed modalities class (combination of functional fitness and HIIT.) The class has two workouts with the same stimulus goal. Each workout will provide a “Performance” version (for x-CrossFit lovers and experienced athletes) and a “Foundations” version (for all levels of fitness, on-rampers and new athletes to functional fitness)…Not easier, just more fundamental. We will not program recommended weight. However, our Coaches will provide suggestions to athletes to customize their experience. This also provides an opportunity for experienced athletes to go Rx+.
