Boxing is a western martial art, with earliest records going back to ancient Greece and then in Great Britain, where the Queensbury rules were founded in 1865. Modern day boxing comprises of amatuer and professional boxing, that have the same foundations but different rules and styles. Boxing is sometimes referred to as Pugilism or The Sweet Science.
At MVEMENT Boxing is for all levels, improving mental and physical fitness, self-confidence, coordination and muscular endurance. As we progress at MVEMENT, we will be introducing different formats and ways of experiencing Boxing and improve your skill set.
