We offer a variety of fitness disciplines, in-house programming for self-led workouts and open gym. 

  • Boxing is a western martial art, with earliest records going back to ancient Greece and then in Great Britain, where the Queensbury rules were founded in 1865.

    Modern day, it is comprised of amateur and professional tracks that have the same foundations but different rules and styles. We teach true fundamentals for all levels to improve mental and physical fitness, self-confidence, coordination and muscular endurance.

    Boxing can help improve your heart health, body composition, and strength, as well as lower your blood pressure and aid weight loss. It is an excellent cardiovascular workout that also teaches you how to ward off unwanted behavior and be more confident. Most of all, it is is a fun way to get some exercise and release stress in a safe and healthy way.

    Our classes will teach you everything you need to know from how to wrap your hand to sparring in a controlled environment.

  • Kettlebell Body Flow utilizes one or more kettlebells and body weight in an intense, bootcamp type atmosphere. A kettlebell is an all-in-one body  conditioning tool. The ability to do total body conditioning with one tool is a nice change of pace in a fast-paced world. Kettlebells can be used for strength, endurance, flexibility and balance.

    The benefits of kettlebell training are almost endless. One of the most significant advantages of using kettlebells is power endurance. That’s different from most of the typical workouts that focus on strength endurance and not power endurance.

    Everyone needs core power to explode through opponents, quickly move in multiple directions without risk of injury, and handle pressure from one side while remaining upright.   • We love our MVEMENT family and encourage our members to try different concepts for better well-roundedness of physical, mental and social health. Kickboxing teaches you how to take action to reduce, prevent or engage something bad or undesirable using elbows, knees, punches and kicks. It is technical class that demonstrates defense, offense and movement training rooted in Muay Thai.

    Kickboxing can be good for your heart, joints, strength, balance, and coordination. You’re moving through the entire workout, causing you to burn more calories while strengthening and toning your legs, arms, glutes, back, and core all at once.  This equates to fat loss, not muscle loss!

    It’s a great way to reduce stress, too. Kickboxing builds self-confidence by shattering the physical and mental limitations you’ve imposed on yourself. It teaches you that with proper training and dedication, anything is possible. This, of course, permeates far beyond the reaches of the gym and into your personal life.

  • Our LIFT Circuit classes featuring three programming tracks: Strength, Strength & Conditioning and Sculpt will chisel your body in a high energy and dynamic environment.

    LIFT circuit training is a form of resistance training that involves performing a series of weightlifting exercises in a circuit format. This type of training is designed to improve muscular endurance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. During a LIFT Circuit training session, clients move from one exercise to the next, performing a set number of repetitions at each station before moving on to the next exercise. LIFT Circuit training can be done with free weights or machines exercises and is customized to fit the fitness level of each individual. This type of training is popular among athletes and fitness enthusiasts who want to improve their overall fitness level, increase muscle mass while reducing body fat, and challenge their bodies in new and exciting ways.

    Strength is an invigorating heavy-weight, low repetition based workout designed to improve overall fitness. Choose from an Upper or Lower Body focus in each class.

    Strength & Conditioning improves balance, definition, posture and overall athletic performance. Choose from an Upper or Lower Body focus in each class.

    Sculpt uses weights to lean out and sculpt your full body.  Sculpt will leave you sweaty and with sore muscles you didn’t even know you could use!

  • Our unlimited, unrestricted open gym access is perfect for those who prefer a self-led workout. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with top-of-the-line machines, free weights, and spacious workout areas.

  • Pure MVEMENT is MVEMENT’s signature class! Pure MVEMENT is a mixed modalities class (combination of functional fitness and HIIT.) The class has two workouts with the same stimulus goal. Each workout will provide a “Performance” version (for x-CrossFit lovers and experienced athletes) and a “Foundations” version (for all levels of fitness, on-rampers and new athletes to functional fitness)…Not easier, just more fundamental. We will not program recommended weight. However, our Coaches will provide suggestions to athletes to customize their experience. This also provides an opportunity for experienced athletes to go Rx+. Our workouts are constantly varied so that you may never do the same workout twice! Come join a class and see what Pure MVEMENT is all about.

  • 30 Minutes of circuit TRX Training for all levels of fitness. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

    When it comes to working out, bodyweight training can be optimal because it feels like it’s getting us back to our roots. TRX Suspension Training can be the perfect companion. We know that it’s just as effective at building strength as traditional methods and its single anchor point will be there to challenge balance and stability in the major joints. Not only will the functional movements give you that great full-body workout that we’re all looking for, they’ll also prepare you for whatever activity you want to be in shape for.

  • Yoga was developed around 5,000 years ago as a tool to give and unify life. The ancient practice brought balance to all parts of humanity; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. At MVEMENT, we support our members with yoga to increase their quality of life in the gym and at home. Our talented teachers guide each member to manifest strength, vitality, mental clarity and inner peace.

    The breath-led emphasis is deepened by the student-teacher relationship, in which the teacher helps the student develop their own practice that brings deeper understanding through personal healing and expansion. At MVEMENT, we allow the experience to remain personal for each practitioner by offering a variety of levels and approaches you can choose from. Yoga is traditionally practiced with bare feet.
